Site Manager – Bridgend | Permanent

Location: Bridgend
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package

Pro Staff Construction are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build apartment development in Bridgend. This permanent opportunity offers the chance to manage the project from groundworks through to completion.

You'll be responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining health & safety standards, monitoring quality, controlling programmes, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:
Experience delivering new build apartment projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of programme and subcontractor management
SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid at Work
